I know those gyms.All over Manhattan and around  $300/month basic membership .Victor Martinez when he was still NPC amateur used to work as PT there.

There are a few by me, stuck my head in, but never took it further. They were sorta bland and had a "just there" vibe to them. They were/are close to a couple of Planet Fitness's that absolutely crush them on the kids and housewives side of the market. NYSC and Lucille Roberts are two others that have been quietly closing a number of their gyms too.

Trained at one for a year.

Not going to lie, it was awesome.  They always updated equipment for the trends, unlimited Kiehl's products in the showers, etc...

But I was paying 169 a month, and decided I could add a piece of equipment to my house at that price, and have been adding ever since.

I went to the one in Astoria, NYC briefly.

Was a nice 2 level gym they had there.

I don’t remember having any complaints at all.
