I've thought that someone just creating a "Misc. Hankins Slop Pot Chili" thread where everyone discusses him and comments on him, but never responds to him might have this effect.  As the weeks before his latest contest showed, if about 10 people stop responding to Hankins his threads drop off.  Never respond to him, discuss him and his stupidity, but only in The Slop Pot.  (Also as a bonus whoever started it would be able to constantly change the thread name to things humiliating to him.

I'm not sure what it is.  When I look at my own, it shows me the current local time (I'm in US Eastern, it's 11am).  When I look on ukjeffly's profile, it says Local Time 8:00am.  Pretty sure he is not in a US Pacific time zone.
