What’s the best possible you can look in your mid 40’s

If diet’s clean and adequate, your sleeping 8, genetics are decent and are dosing around  180mg test cyp for trt. Whats the best one could expect not willing to go over those parameters?

Take care of yourself and you can look pretty good. I’m on that dose, exercise 4-5 days a week but don’t really watch my diet and I still look alright. I don’t sleep well but I do wash my face and wear sunscreen so I’m not too weathered. But, Father Time is undefeated so eventually we all look like shit. Hope that helps.

According to the face app I'm a 7.6 dad

There was a really handsome dude at th swing club a solid 9 but his body sucked 20% bodyfat and 12 inch arms

There was a black dude there too but I was really disappointed in him as he was macking up on two fat old hags

Anyways went to a cool club with a good atmosphere and the doormen gave me props on my arms and so did one patron in the bar

I turn 41 in a couple months and think I look as good as I ever have. Not sure how much longer I'll be able to say that, but I'm hoping it's for at least a few more years

You will accelerate the aging process thanks to anabolism. The cells will reproduce more quickly and therefore age faster, so you will look older after a while. On the other hand, you exponentially increase your chances of developing cancer.

stay away from that.
workout, diet and supplements is all you need.
