I saw a tatoo'd guy this weekend at the state farmers market (of all places) in a tank top and he had the ugliest case of deltoid oil I've ever seen. Looked like some weird lump on his side delts that looked crooked and deformed. Weird. He thought they looked good I guess cause he kept grinning. Had basically little muscle elsewhere and was thin.

Yes and no. Flex calves were horrendous aesthetically and it's doubtful his serious problem were Synthol related. Could be, may have contributed etc. But his problem were the kidneys plus, if we are to believe him, they took a vein from his calf/leg to do the transplant which then cause his calf issues. But lots of people claim to "know" this and that on the net, they aren't doctors and don't have his medical history.
