just goes to show you that a 247 pound Ronnie has more detail than a 228 pound Yates.

yet more proof that a 247 pound Ronnie would crush a heavier and less detailed 257 pound Yates.

Name one detail that a 247lbs Ronnie has that Dorian doesn't? lol Dorian was 257lbs and just as dry as he was when he was 228lbs , Ronnie was dry as fuck at 247lbs and just 10lbs more he was not as hard , a 300lb Dorian laughs at your nonsense .

228lbs Yates and a 247lb Ronnie Coleman  :-X Yates' traps are thicker despite being 19lbs lighter and I would say Dorian's hardness appears better just based on this pic .

-glutes
-hams
-triceps (striated)
-biceps (split)
-quads (no contest there)
-delts (easily - see most muscular)
-upper back

is that good enough?
