No....no....you're all mistaken Ronnie was never better than Dorian , in fact Dorian beat Ronnie eight times lol you can never get pass this , these are facts , they are undebatable , undeniable !! Dorian was better than Ronnie eight times

1992 Mr Olympia - Dorian Yates 1st - Ronnie Coleman 16th
1994 Mr Olympia - Dorian Yates 1st - Ronnie Coleman 15th
1995 Mr Olympia - Dorian Yates 1st - Ronnie Coleman 11th
1996 Mr Olympia - Dorian Yates 1st - Ronnie Coleman 6th
1996 Grand Prix England - Dorian Yates 1st - Ronnie Coleman 5th
1996 Grand Prix Germany - Dorian Yates 1st - Ronnie Coleman 5th
1996 Grand Prix Spain - Dorian Yates 1st - Ronnie Coleman 5th
1997 Mr Olympia - Dorian Yates 1st - Ronnie Coleman 9th

That my friends is a Royal Flush !! " read em and weap " you can't top this hand lol whats ironic is I never intended this thread to get so big , I honestly thought as reasonable adults we would stop beating the dead horse but Camp-Coleman has nothing no eight unanswered wins , no wity retorts , no logic or reason , they have pictures of trees & refrigerators lol and construction workers , I could see if Ronnie came close on occasions , I could see if Ronnie was a runner-up eight times , I could see if he even came closer than 5th , then maybe you'd have something to work with , but hey , Camp-Coleman can only play with the cards they were delt with , reguardless of how mediocre they were.

Actually i think ND's long ass posts had many upon many of great points, that being said the thread is mostly useless and don't forget it's about opinions and ND stated his opinion the best. Either way there is now a thread filled with good pics of both BBers and both proved that each was great in their own way.

Great post !!

You can't argue with that.  Whatever you guys THINK later results may have been there is no proof.  By the same token I will never argue that Dorian was better than Haney (he may have been but we don't know) as Haney trounced Dorian in 91 with a look that could quite legitamately still be Mr O today.

You fellas who have only been interested in bodybuilding for a couple of years, who spend all your lives on this site and have probably never seen a pro show let alone Dorian v Ronnie really have no idea how much better Dorian was onstage.  It was NEVER close, is Ronnie really that much better now?  I don't think so.

No, saying that Dorian has better arms than Ronnie, or more upper back detail, or a better front double biceps pose or most muscular are NOT great points.

They are incorrect points.

Everyone except ND and Suckmyasshole can see this.

There are certain points in this debate which are clearly undebatable, such as;

Dorian has better calves.
Dorian has better abs.
Ronnie has better arms.
Ronnie has better taper.

the problem is that ND cannot see these undebatable points such as these examples, since many of them hurt dorian.

thus, he refuses to acknowledge them.

That is what bias is all about.

Using your disturbing logic, Zane beat Schwarzenegger in the 60s, therefore:
Zane > Schwarzenegger.

Haney was also deeply flawed with serious balance issues. What a surprise you think he could still win!  ::)

I have to say it is pretty inane to be posting results from when Coleman was an up and comer like it has any relevance to the topic.

Exactly.  Hallmark of weak argument, taking faulty concept and trying to over dramaticise with it.

Can we please ask Ron to open a separate Ronny Coleman vs Dorian Yates board ?
All threads where there are more than 3 Ronnie vs. Dorian posts shall be moved there together with ND and Hulkster ;D

One thing i can't stand is when either of them brings an argument about dorian or ronnie to other threads, it's like if i want your f**king opinion i will go to this thread for it :D

LOL you braindead fvcktard.  Arnold improved and beat Zane - learn your history boy.  When did Ronnie do the same to Dorian?  He had five yrs in which to do so and was actually falling down the rankings in 97.

Ronnie was not "up and coming" for the whole 5 yrs from 92-97.  Sure, he improved after that but Ray, Levrone and Wheeler had all passed their best after that time and many still thought Wheeler should have beaten Ronnie in 98 in a condition far from his 93 showing when Dorian beat him quite easily.

Haney may have been flawed (who wasn't?) but his 85 and 91 showings especially are still right up there and would still be competitive today.
