where is that stated in the judging criteria rulebook?

while you're at it, you can also explain why coleman decided to inject oil in his calves if
they aren't that important.

I agree with you purely from the small stomach aspect , but in some pics he looks better heavier and then when he was 242lbs he looks fantastic .
