The difference in triceps SIZE (not cuts) is staggering..Yates's has CUTS, not a lot of SIZE.

Bottom line: Coleman's way ahead on size, and close on cuts = better triceps--it's not just about cuts or side tri shots. That puts the entire upper arm way out in front of Yates, not just biceps..

  You idiot. I don't know physiology? Even Nicorulez, who is an M.D( ) and hates Dorian, has admitted that Dorian has a better side tris shot. Ronnie has a bigger tris than Dorian's, but he is lacking in structure in that his triceps muscle bellies are short and that hois biceps overpower his tris. Here's two shots of Dorian from the back, where you can see his tris from a different angle.

Dorian's lateral head had superior shape.

That said, his long head (not the medial head you anatomy noobs) was grossly underdeveloped relative to his lateral head (unlike Coleman). Coleman's lateral head is in perfect balance with his long head, and both are absolutely massive.

Ronnie Coleman exceeds Dorian Yates triceps in terms of size, striations, and density.
