Why are you posting picture sof 97? This discussion is only concerned with these competitors at their best, hench Ronnie in 99 and Dorian in 93. I have shown with multiple pictures and comparisons that Dorian's waist was tight, detailed, and he went toe to toe with Flex Wheeler's 28" waist and looked very comprable.
