what are you talking about?
Ronnie's better taper is obvious from:
-the front relaxed:
I have laready sais that. Too bad he loses elsewhere.
-the back relaxed: Taper is an almost insignificant element from the back. Besides, you're wrong about this. Dorian's midsection might be thicker from the back, but his lats spread wider. The difference in taper would be minimum. Regardless, it wouldn't mean much, because Dorian has the wider lats, hence winning muscularity. He also has calves and smaller glutes, thus winning the pose in symmetry as well.
-the rear lat spread:
Dorian's taper here is actually better than Ronie's, since his lats spread wider. The waist is irrelevant.
Hell, its even obvious in the rear double bi!:
Sinc ein this mandatory the bodybuilder is not spreading his lats, the pose resembles a relxed shot. Nevertheless, Dorian has greater thickness and symmetry, thus winning this mandatory as well. By the way, there's no midsection from the back and the hips insert from the front, so your point is irrelevant.

You can't see someone's shoulder to waist differential from the sides, so no one knows what the f**k you are talking about. Please illustrate with pics.
Who said waist to shoulder differential from the sides? I said that Ronnie has gut distension, which is visible from the sides and, thus, can be considered as having bad taper from the sides. Why should a bodybuilder only be penalized for having a big waist from the sides? It's much more severe a symmetrical liability when you look like an obese man with muscles...
in 450 pages, you are the first person to suggest that Ronnie does not have a better taper than Dorian.
Ronnie does have beeter taper from the front,
when standing relaxed. Get it? He does not have better taper from the front all the time, because during the mandatories it is the lats that create tpaert and Dorian's are wider, thus he has the better taper. In overrall taper when standing relaxed, Ronnie and Dorian are equivalent in taper, because Ronnie wins it from the front, but Dorian wins it from the sides, having a flatter stomach.
Even the most devout dorian sperm swallower (ND) readily admits this.
I don't who admits this or don't, considering that it's not true most of the time, from most angles.
Why are you trying to argue the unarguable?
Such as you arguing that the 1999 Ronnie would defeat the 1995 Dorian despite losing in overrallmuscularity and conditioning and merely tieing in symmetry, just because you have the
opinion that he has better "shape"? Dorian's shape never stopped him from winning six Sandows. It didn't stop Jean-Pierre Fux and it didn't stop Gunther from defeating your boy in 2002. So what's your point?

Now
that is arguing the unarguable.
