if you take into consideration the changes in drugs and equiptment etc, then Arnold has to have the best arms. If you ignore that, then Ronnies arms kill Arnolds

I wouldnt consider changes to equipment as a factor that would significantly affect either man's arm potential.

Infact ronnie uses/used very similar exercises as arnold.

-delts and tris that make his biceps disappear from the back
-a super wide waist combined with a massive gut, something that 99 ronnie never had.
-a chest that is way to thin for his monstrous back and quads (see any mm post or just about any pose)

I mean, just look at dorian standing relaxed against shawn and flex - everyone can see the barrel torso with the tiny ~~twigs~~ arms hanging off..

and all you can do to retort is blame it all on pic/screencap quality?
