I don't have to counter it. The pics do that all by themselves.

its called being overlooked big time. It can happen.

just ask aaron baker:

here is is compared to Dorian at the 94 olympia. dorian got first. Aaron got 12th.

I am not saying aaron should have won, but 12th? come on.

According to you, this position MUST be correct because the 'expert' judges with all their "credentials" said so... ::)

You just tried to counter it lol and failed Ironically at the 1994 Mr Olympia they said the two best back double biceps shot in the contest was Yates and Baker  ;)

And Ronnie wasn't overlooked in 1997 just the victim of to many contests that year and his conditioning suffered for it , remember he was sixth in 1996 and he still had all the advantages you claimed would push him over the edge with the exception of one and thats was great conditioning

I mean this is a sick shot right here , very impressive !

dude ronnie looks uber small and flat in those 97 mm, and his back isnt close to conditioned. what is so hard to understand that he can in with more size and better conditioning?

he looks water logged, arms and delts way smaller then ususal.

glycogen, fat, and water can add alot of weight. i would venture he lost 15 pounds of these entities and gained muscle also. as well, better conditioning makes you appear bigger. those 97 shots pale in comparison to the 99 shots.

Exactly and Coleman needed a lot of help and a lot of drugs to finally get into his best shape.

Obviously he's not as big and conditioned as he was in 1999 but he was pretty damn close and he still has all of his advantages and the best he could manage was ninth , I mean Dorian faced Haney he wasn't anywhere near his best and still beat Haney in the muscularity round despite being 10 pounds lighter , despite not being as big , as shapely despite not having a smaller waist & hips , despite not being anywhere near as aesthetic as Haney , despite it being in his first Olympia etc , that goes to show you how great Yates was and he wasn't anywhere near his best , density , balance & proportion and conditioning man very hard to overcome all Yates needed in 1991 was size and he would have beat Haney

maybe if dorian had some help he wouldn't have had major muscle tears from the beginning and throughout his entire pro career... :-X

he looked like this for the majority of his pro career :-\

so, if ronnie had showed up in his 99 exact form in 94, where would you have placed him?

The judges said the tear was minor and also said it made no difference what so ever !

I'll be the first to admit that Dorian Yates doesn't look mind blowing in every single picture but unlike you Hulkster I saw him guest pose numerous times throughout his pro career so I know for a fact that he was a million times more impressive in person.

Checkout Levrone's skinny neck. Even Ray at 40lbs lighter had a thicker neck. LOL

No I looked at the pics and its obvious its wrinkles NOT loose skin for water or fat , and the quotes confirm what I say , if you have a quote to the contrary saying it is loose skin or , he's holding fat or water feel free to post it , until then keep fishing and maybe you'll catch the big one  ;)

I'm not fishing. I'm showing you facts like others are doing. I don't need a quote to tell me yates has loose skin in his lower back. I look at a pic and evaluate it for myself and others have agreed with me. See for yourself.

Its not a fact its your opinion and again if he did have loose skin , or fat or water it would be clearly present in other back poses and its not , your opinion is lame and ignorant for that fact

ND is not capable of looking at a pic or video and making an opinion based on what he sees.

only what he reads in a magazine is what counts for him.

like I said before, if we showed a picture of a red car, and he read somewhere that someone said it was blue, he would look at the pic for himself, decide that only what the person said can be true, and will then argue to the death the car is, in fact, blue.

Hulkster 99% of my opinion were formed before I got the quotes to back me up , I determined a long time ago that Ronnie's side chest & side triceps shot left a lot to be desired and Shawn Ray confirmed what I said , etc , etc , etc my opinions have been consistant , so please refrain from making such nonsense statements

aren't wrinkles formed by loose skin? If the skin was taught, then there wouldn't be any wrinkles.

How do you explain the wrinkles on his triceps? I mean give me a damn break already lol you guys are way reaching with this shit lol It's laughable and pathetic at the same time , you guys will go to absolutely any length to try and knock Dorian down , Dorian was the textbook definition of conditioned size

how do you explain them? Just b/c you don't think they are wrinkles doesn't make them disappear.

Neo it's not fat , water or loose skin if that what the case i'd clearly be apparent in other poses , his lower back would NOT be this defined and this sharp if he had loose-skin , any water or fat it simply wouldn't

monster avoidance of my question. Also, his loose skin was visible in other poses.

hope this helps.
