I've already explained it. Where have you been? lol. I have also provided my proof with pics. What have you guys done? All you guys do is pose a "crunch pose", but it is the "rear latspread" that shows his loose skin that is hanging. Take a look and prove me wrong. Hulkster has already proved ND wrong with his Coleman example. He showed Coleman in "2 different poses". 1 pose showing bunched up skin on the back of his head and the other pose he didn't have bunched up skin on the back of his head. Samething with yates in the "crunch and "rear latspread" pose. That is not too hard to understand especially when I'm clearly showing it to you guys with pics. I back up my statements with hard core facts= PICS
Nonsense , you're assessment is wrong and why? because you're claiming he has loose hanging skin . fat and water NOT only in his lower lats and erector spinae but his triceps as well !! and again if he was holding any water or subcuetanious fat or had loose skin he would be clearly evident is other poses , and the crunch pose is the best example of where this imaginary loose skin would be , but its not there , the exact area you claim his skin is loose and hanging is tight as a drumb and highly detailed , he cannot be tight & loose in the same areas its impossible , the area is his lower lats & erector spinae UNFLEXED and the wrinkles in his lower back are just that wrinkled skin it is in NO way shape or form loose skin , fat or water , the pictures you cling onto for dear life are NOTHING if you had a case the same loose skin would NOT be tight in the crunch pose it would be loose and hanging , you're ignorant period .
where is the loose skin , water and fat? NO WHERE
