if a "grainy" appearance is marked by a change in skin texture, then Ronnie looks grainy as f*ck here. :o

Fundamental lack of common sense let alone bodybuilding.

Get a clue you idiot: big arms = bis & tris, not one or the other fool. Let me spell it out for you: triceps are 2/3s of arm size. Exactly what Yates lacked in terms of size.

in case you didnt know, someone can have big arms and not have good triceps.  (yates would be the opposite)

monster attempt at trying to sound smart.

case in point:

but, the reality is , you could pick any side tricep shot of ronnie - same effect.

I can't believe how soft Coleman looks there. Just look at those flabby tits and invisible abs. But wait, his biceps are peaked so that automatically makes him superior to Yates. LOL

haha.  owned.

next thing you know someone will post a most muscular shot thinking that is the deciding factor on the winner.

wow, talk about self-owning. You do realize that Ronnie makes Dorian look like the Marshmallow Man in that comparison? The sad thing is Dorian is flexing in that shot while Ronnie is relaxed.

I think its funny how ND was exposed as the blind delusional fool that he was (with all the loose hanging skin on dorian's lower back and ND's isistance that dorian was dry as a bone despite the loose skin ::)) and ran home (probably to ironage.us) with his tail between his legs.

hahahahhaa

you know you are right when your opponent is so badly owned he runs away!

nope, no loose skin here!

The reason I haven't posted is my sister passed away on March 12th and thats the last day I posted , she was only 35 ! needless to say it was a shock and since then I just haven't had the desire to post , especially on this thread which is beyond redundant , so like all your other points you're wrong on this one ,  I've obviously had more important things to take care of and arguing on here isn't one of them , I haven't had a desire to post and probably wont for a little while .

35 is way too young.

Today even Coleman's domination pales.

ND, we may have our differences here, but you have my deepest sympathy. I'm so sorry to hear about your sister passing at such a young age. I'm so sorry.

and this proves what? If Momo had retired after he beat Dorian, does this make Momo better since Dorian never beat him? ::)

Haney beat Yates, and wasn't in Coleman's category. Deal with it. ;D
