I decided to go with green t extract instead, having enough endorsements that it and the caffeine pills are close enough. Don't know yet, keep putting off the start of the diet. My next start date is this monday. Finally we're getting some summer weather which will help kill the appetite; summer's always easier to get the weight off, IMO.
