I have to admit this pic of me weighing 252lbs isn't me at my best. It was taken at a time when I hadn't done any real training for 8 months due to other commitments. I am pleased to say that I am back in full training and in two or three months time I will have more pics taken and post them on here. That will silence the critics.

Actually, nowadays, I think the general population thinks steroids anytime they see someone who works out and is bigger than average. Rocket's arms aren't shabby at all, especially for someone who is just a leisurely trainer.
