I didn't include the soleus muscle b/c it doesn't have anywhere near the same impact on overall size as the gastrocnemius, which is what 99% of people think of when they refer to the calves. If you want to include the soleus, then 03 Ronnie's lower limbs were, in all likelihood, just as wide as 93 Dorian's.
