Why do his biceps look a different shape? If I post a pic of Nasser from the 95, 96, or 97 Olympias you will see how his arms looked before synthol use crept into the sport. They didn't look anything like the way they do in that shot.

That shot can't be from 95 as he has less hair there. I would say it's more circa 98. If it is 95 then someone must've shopped the biceps like they did with the famous 98 Olympia shot.
