Dorian, Ronnie... both freaks. Incredible for many reasons. Both incomparable.
There's alot to respect and admire about Dorian. I even admire him in his retirement. He cashes in on his BB career as a hardcore trainer now brand. He has that hot ass latina and remains in good condition.
Ronnie, truly dominant and truly nonpareil. Even when he first lost the O to Cutler he should've won. People were just tired of him. Though he fell off sharply thereafter. Is fairly pathetic in retirement. A disgrace to his former self
Well said, that, and I concur: even though he was showing signs of wear and tear, Ronnie probably deserved the title in 2006. Jay was very good but he just wasn't good enough IMO... he'd slipped from killing it at the 2001 Olympia and a couple of his early ASC wins.
In their competitive days Ronnie has far less unflattering pics floating around. Less questionable victories. If anything some of Ronnie's loses were questionable.
All in all Ronnie more dominant over a longer period. But Dorian still a winner 25 years later while Ronnie only inspires pitty.
In their all time best nights ever, who wins? Depends on what you like.
Bottom line maybe one day we might see another Dorian but we will never, ever, see another prime Ronnie.
Hmm, hard to say. For me, prime Ronnie was when he was around 250, shredded to his bone marrow

I know he got gigantic in 2003, but he was blowing out his gut, his ass was huge, and his thighs and torso were about to overwhelm his arms.
Dorian was about to jump into the same boat. But before his tears, he was at least as cut and dry as prime Ronnie and a bit heavier. I think a fair comparison would be between Doz in '93 and Ron in '99. They were about the same weight IIRC, and roughly of comparable height. The only caveat to those comparisons would be footage quality...put quality pics against the like.
