Six times Mr. Olympia … a very nice and humble guy. Discussed about the Temple Gym franchise which is a great deal.

Chris Cormier … talked about his training with Dorian Yates … living in Holland at the moment … also coming up with a new DVD with some serious heavy weights and nutrition.

Frank McGrath … I saw this guy on Universal Ads all the time but never knew who he was … when I talked to him he said he trained for 13 years … and then said he doesn’t want to get big fast cause he is young and still has time … so I asked him how old are you … I thought 33 … he shocked my by saying he was 27!!!

He will do the Toronto pro show on June 3rd. very nice and a great balance physique … all the best in the future shows

Saw Dexter on the 2nd day of FIBO he was tired cause of the jet lag … I asked him about when he was better ASC 05 or 06 … he said in 05 he weighed more (228lbs not 235lbs … what was mentioned I Flex) but in 06 he was in a better shape and weighed 218lbs.

He said he ain’t doin the Olympia this year either.

Mustafa was very friendly … he drove 15 hours to make it to the FIBO …had his video from Muscletime (the Titan series) and appreciated the support he got from them (Wolfgang and the Mescletime team)

He will take a break and will get ready to do a show couple of weeks before the olymppia to qualify and then show up in the best shape of his life.

Our forum mate Jeff (arnoldanabo) was with dennis wolf … met them and chatted for like 10 minutes … Wolf was really big and I didn’t know how much he weighted but the guy was a HUGE.

Speaking of giant heads, Cormier looks like he's been having too much fun in Holland.

Better break it to McGrath that there's no Toronto show.

Dex always lies about his weight, and conveniently he's always the only one who doesn't show up at the Ironman weigh-ins.

Met Tariq El-Sotohi and hung out with him for the 1st 3 days (then he had to drive back to his city) he had some problems sticking to the diet I gave him 4 weeks back … his diet is 5000Kcl and only meal number one has about 1100 Kcl. It was hard to stick to the 7 meal plan while traveling a lot and studying and doing handling the business.

Any how he will get back on track by next week and then we will see how things go from there.

Finally met Ronnie and it was a miracle to get to him … the crowd was unbelievable around him … but I was lucky enough to get a photo with him … the camera was so close cause Dexter Jackson who was sitting next to Ronnie shot the pic. Thanx dex.
