But it's been a pretty fun watch so far.

No fake weights were used in this non-Mitsuru Okabe production.

Did he carry them with him for the films?

The freaks carried them in, so he didn’t pre-exhaust his peaks

Great video

Warming up with 225 first set then straight to 495.

Kelly's parents must be proud.

Pretty late for a DVD, 2006-2007.

This was pretty awesome too. Mexicans have a sense of humor, this was done to promote a big show down there -

You could tell he had insane bodybuilding potential when he first became a pro right after his Michigan days. His transformation was so dramatic from Scott Steiner to Big Poppa Pump I didn't even recognize him.

I thought 2000-2005 was Scott Steiners Prime?

He changed to Big Poppa Pump in 1998/1999 right?

The Chuck Zito video was comedy/cringe. It's amazing how cheesy those martial art videos were back in the day. The best part was him teaching you how to cook. ;D

I’ve had this since 2011 it’s actually a very informative DVD, the gimmick part of the video only makes up for about 20% of the video, it’s a good resource.

Wasn’t torn, he got kicked in the throat in a match in Mexico and stopped breathing and they cut through his lat to repair some stuff.

I love that thing, he was local to friend years ago in New Rochelle, NY. So it makes it even better, he reminds me of some of my friends's dads and older brothers.

No, it's actually not bad training wise, as you mentioned. I just like the occasional "deer in the headlights" stops and the sound alike sound track they used the most. "They paid to use ACDC? Oh, wait...".
