If Josh wants to legally freely travel to America he should not threaten a member of the Justice department prior. If he doesn't want to be reported for crimes don't commit a crime. Obviously if some madman is coming to hurt my family I need to let the authorities know so when he does and I take his life there is a record of why I acted the way I did.
