You are going to be on an island for a year alone and can only bring 10 albums

Lets pretend you have all the food and miraculously have electricity and the means to listen to music. The point is, if you had to pick just 10 albums to listen to, what would you pick.

I would lean towards double albums and greatest hits.

Eagles Greatest Hits
Elton John Greatest Hits
CCR Chronicles
Pink Floyd The Wall
Beach Boys Endless Summer
Journey Greatest Hits
Led Zepplin Physical Graffiti
Stones Exile on Mainstreet
Kiss Alive II
Harry Chapin Greatest Stories Live  (great story teller)

Having thought about it, 10 albums is unreasonable.. so I open it up to 20 albums

Not really sure why, because I’m a die hard Beatles fan and I love his contributions and his solo work. Wah Wah is one of my favorite songs. Listening to him talk, he’s got a higher emotional IQ than Lennon who was always considered the smart and introspective one. Probably the greatest group of all time, we’ll never see anything like that again for hundreds of years.

2nd edit. Jerry Lee Lewis Live At Starclub Hamburg 1964. Really digging this short live album right now. The Killer was on absolute fire.
