bhanky should be banned.  For example, he has threatened me numerous times with beatings and the "murder/death" thing.  Why is that allowed?  Because  I simply tell him that if he tried to harm me I would have him put in jail and be assured I would.  I don't call the local police, the Border Patrol, airline or a hotel on him as he has done to Josh.
