I wear 30-32" jeans. Then again I'm only 168lbs. How do you get 33" pants to fit if you are over 230lbs?  My jeans are tight on my thighs and you have 60lbs on me.

I wear size 34 inch shorts and they are loose. I have to roll them over if I don't have a belt. I was 224lbs before bed last night. I am 219.5 this am. Amazing I can fit a 40 inch gut in 34 inch shorts.

At that time about 32 inches. Now probably 33. 34 inch pants are loose. But AM to PM or really just before and after eating can be a big difference which is why I buy bigger pants

I am not getting the pec surgery so I can be a Pro. Lol I am getting the pec surgery so that it won't tear again, and I can continue training. If I am training, then yeah, I am going to compete. If I am competing, then yeah, I am going to try and win and turn Pro. However, the goal is to be able to TRAIN. Doing a show 1 day is not the goal. Training year round for several more decades is the goal. Making improvements and setting new high-water marks is the goal. The journey is the goal not the destination. Safe to say a 30 inch waist is a no for you as well.

To be honest I have 2 more surgeries I need after the Pec but one thing at a time
