I was robbed. I clearly had the better physique but whatever doesn't really matter maybe they didn't like the torn pec. Lucky for me I have my surgery all scheduled. I pressed 365lbs when I was in the army at 25 before any pec tears or shoulder surgeries or tricep tears. I pressed 365lbs again in Hawaii at 37 years old with one pec tear 3 shoulder surgeries ( 2 left 1 right) and a tricep surgery. Managed to get a double with 350lbs at the time on film before anyone calls bullshit. I managed 320lbs 6 months after a hernia repair about 6 months ago.
So what is the goal? Obviously over 365lbs at 50 after I have repaired the pec and yes the shoulder yet again. That is correct I want a new all time PR injuries and age be damned. I cant get there without getting the repairm I will just tear it bad and never bench again if I try that. If I get the repair it will be a logn road to recover but I can get there.
Blah, blah, blah, blah…..bullshit.
Always tall tales about what you have done and what you are going to do…yet you never accomplished / accomplish any of it.
A 230 lb man with 25 years of non-stop drug use bragging about a 320 flat bench press is not impressive, it’s pathetic. Your bravado makes you look like an idiot, your personality reinforces it.
