Agreed.  I was told to lose the mass and I did.  Over 80lbs so far.  I look like junque.   It's the truth but I am here and trying to improve.  I am too aged to carry that much muscle anymore. 

My ego is still HUGE, but my reasons are sound enough to calm that ego.  Perhaps Bautista has had his reality  check and has decided rather than cash that last check he will invest in his health.   It's up to him.

Soon to be 70.      My health problems started when I was forced into getting the vaccine or lose my job. I have a wife that depends upon me and could not lose my income so I could either take the shot(s) and risk my health or lose my job and all that supported.

A former co-worker was told that he had to take the jab or be fired (private company).  He voiced his religious reasons for exemption and was fired along with 65 others.

The absurd thing about it was that he worked from home, thousands of miles from his office.

It took years through the EEOC but he got a settlement.

A decent amount but nothing like a competitive bodybuilder.  My body fat was usually 21% to 24%, which is normal for a man my age or so the doctors and nurses told me.
