Can someone link us to these same kind of remarks when American Sad Ass Kid Rock endorsed Trumpy? I seem to have missed all this logic? Kind of strange that despite that endorsement Trumpy isn't using his music all the time or trying to create fake AI images of Sad Asses For Trump.
Naw, you hypocrites don't have a problem with celebrities endorsing someone or expressing a political opinion. You have a problem with celebrities expressing opinions that don't match yours. You are fine when the famous agree with you, but you lose your minds when they don't.
For the record I don't think celebrities should use their platform for anything other than their 'art' whether it be music or acting. But aside from that....
Hollywood is as liberal as can be. A celebrity supporting trump? When was that 20q6? And Kid Rock LOL. Are you serious? Kid Rock hasn't been relevant in 20 years. His career is dead , in part BECAUSE he's a republican. Supporting a conservative is a risk in entertainment. It's the death knell of your career.
BUT be that as it may.... if you do use ypur platform to support a candidate, then at least make a well thought out statement about WHY and what policies you think will work.
Celebrities have nothing to lose by supporting the lib candidates. In fact it keeps them in good graces and Taylor Swift is about as big a name as you can get to influence people, Megan the stallion also. Yet neither one can make a vslid statement about why they support kamel obama.
