Actually, I wouldn't mind that. It may show a bias or it may confirm that fact checking was reserved for the most outlandish lies. In every debate, a candidate is likely to fudge numbers or give half the story.. and a debate can't be weighed down by every statement a candidate makes that is questionable or the debate would last 5 hours. I mean they fact checked Trump on the outlandish lie about winning the election, about pets being eaten. Truth be told he lied a LOT more than that and was left alone. But absolutely, if internal emails show a premeditated bias then we should know that.

His claim no court heard it has been debunked. There is a list a foot long of Republican officials, courts, state supreme courts, Republican AG and VP that confirm the election was legit. You would have to be a baboon of the highest order, a complete moron, at this stage in the game to still believe Trump won the election. I don't need an investigation.  It was, on its face, one of the worst moderated debates I've ever seen.  I don't know if they gave her questions in advance, but that doesn't even matter that much to me, because the bias was so palpable.  They really should be embarrassed.

I ignore it because it's not even remotely close to the same thing. We had a back and forth and that was it. It's never a topic in the media that Trump's being with Stormy Daniels would sway the election.  Not the same for the laptop.  And FWIW, trump had a legal NDA with Stormy.  Biden's team got 51 folks to say it has the hallmarks of russian interference AFTER they knew it was real.  And the gov't pressured big tech to silence individuals.  It's not in the same universe.
