Big Ramy has decided not to compete at the 2024 Olympia. Looks like Dan Solomon did confirm it. Ramy also did not compete at the 2023 Olympia either, but he can choose to compete because of his past wins.

I think Ramy will never compete again and is doing same thing what Flex Lewis did .Postponing return to stay relevant and to keep sponsors for another year or two .
Tonio Burton is skipping this year as well.
