Again, you and Krank have some good advice some not so much neither one of you knows everything. There is a lot of shit you both talk nonsense on. I have also been training 30 fucking years and have just as much gains as either of you so excuse me for thinking for myself. Unlike you two jackasses I am willing to look and learn from both sides and take what is best.

1) Its my profession to know what things help with what injuries and apply it. Differentiating between one thing and another.
2) I apply it to myself. I have had my share of injuries...but here's the kicker. I apply my intensity of training to my rehab. After my rotator repair I was PT 3 days a week...and self rehab 3 days a week. I was back faster than most. Why do you think that it is?
You've been on test, HGH and god knows what else and now brag about how you have had as much gains as SC and I?? I wouldn't be too happy about that if I were you.
