There are multiple aspects to self-awareness. Some I have a better handle on than others -- just like most people do.
My self-awareness positive traits are:
• Reflective/Internal Self-Awareness: I understand my own values, emotions, and thoughts.
• Alignment with Values: I know my core values and let them guide my decisions.
• Better Decision-Making: I am more likely to make decisions which are aligned with my long-term goals.
• Emotional Regulation: I have minimal anxiety and fair control over any emotional outbursts.
• Increased Confidence: I am emotionally strong and have considerable self-esteem, (this did not happen overnight, however. There was a time in my life when my self-esteem was low).
Certain aspects of my self-awareness which need improvement remain my secret. I do not wish to give you ammunition to use against me.
