Iran's chief of staff on Wednesday vowed to hit infrastructure across Israel if its territory is attacked, after Tehran fired around 200 missiles at its arch-foe. The barrage "will be repeated with bigger intensity and all infrastructure of the regime will be targeted", Major General Mohammad Bagheri said on state TV.

I read that the Iron Dome was designed for cruise missiles. Iran fired ballistic missiles. David Sling and Arrow is designed to intercept those. But the three systems combined could not intercept many of the inbound missiles. Iran claims 80% got through.

The country Israel is not going anywhere.  Simple as that.  It is very modern, highly tech oriented country, and has a strong democracy in which you can say what you want, provided not racist and false statements, as some believe the propaganda that Tik Tok spews to them.   If Hezbollah, which is a terrorist organization bent on the destruction of Israel keeps sending missles and bombs into Israel, they will eventually strike back.

In a precise matter in which pagers and walkie talkies held by Hezbollah themselves, this was probably one of the most incredible attacks on removing the network and the commanders.  Since there was imminent news on Hezbollah intending to fire hundreds of more missiles (which they do daily now), this slowed them down.  You want peace. Stop firing missiles into northern Israel, Israel will stop firing into Southern Lebanon. 

The UN needs to do their job in the demilitarized zone, which they are not.


Religious Jews are on part of the country.  Secular Jews are another big part.

We will get dragged into this. In addition to the usual lobbyists there is the "wag the dog" factor with this election coming up and the Democrats will want to show how strong they are by waging war.

A two state solution can only come with both sides wanting that.  Until Hamas and Hezbollah is cleaned out, and a new group comes in that really wants peace and a two state solutions, it will never happen.  The first step is from the Palestinian leaders, saying "I recognize Israel's right to exist and would like to live side by side with them in peace".  It is that simple.   As for Jerusalem, one will NEVER go back to 1967 pre-borders. Forget about it. But that is what negotiations are for.

I don't see a two state solution as long as Israel decides. Because I don't think they have EVER been serious about the issue. I think at base it has nothing to do with security issues. I've seen some speculate that at some point the international community comes together and imposes the two state solution.

yes it makes me feel very good to see people know what is really going on, and what has been going on forever

the one good thing about social media...the devil has always been well disguised but the devil is revealing itself often voluntarily every day, and the masses are opening their eyes and seeing the truth right in front of them
