Just because she says it doesn't make it the law. Lawyers will defend the bill of rights through the courts. This is why judges matter. No one can honestly interpret the bill of rights and think that is legal.

Yes they will pass the law and it will take some innocent person getting shot and killed for them to bring a case to overturn it but ultimately laws like this get overturned in the federal courts

Just remember it’s not a law when passed it is a law when it gets upheld in court. That’s why it is inportant to have non profit lawyers that fight this stuff.
