This is my favorite side chest I am a full lean 235lbs in this one it was the week before my hernia surgery I will pass this once I get the pec repaired and can train proper

Again a contest pic can be great or horrible timing matters. I have some contest pics I like and some I hate. If You are relaxed looking away it's not going to be a great pic regardless. You want a comparison each guy chooses their pic otherwise it is bullshit as we all know we can take good and bad pics.

And regardless not in a contest with Coach he is training and in shape good for him. I am getting ready to be a one armed invalid for a year.

I am right-handed but the atrophy won't be too bad for several reasons. First, I plan to train the rest of my body the entire time. 2nd I have been the same size for 25 years as everyone keeps pointing out its not new muscle. 3rd I plan to stay on HRT. Also, what is better a smaller build with 2 pecs or a larger build with 1? Knowing my chest is no longer a horror show will keep me from getting upset over a temporary loss of size.

It is like 3 blocks from the hospital, but they require you to have someone sign you out or you have to hire a nurse for 24 hours to stay overnight with you as well. If coach is available I will forgive his previous transgressions for a ride from the hospital to the hotel. 2nd week of Nov, I have an ex girlfriend out there willing to do it but I dont think the wife would like that
