Hey I am not a powerlifter I have been lifting 3 decades and have trained deadlifts maybe half a dozen times. Regardless of that I have built up my size and strength. I pulled 420 easy on a trap bar sure but still I had 420 in my hands and it wasn't much and my form was shit. I can hold 500 in my hands my back can pull that of a rack easy. Does the knee buckle coming off the floor? Does the shoulder pull itself out again? Can I get it up from a few inches lower? Who knows but I can move that weight I can hold that weight does something get tweaked probably which is why I don't do deadlifts.
Also after loading up 10 plates then you got to unload them real pain in the ass. And no Jeff didnt teach me fuck about putting a plate under it pain in the ass regardless. I dont spend my workouts loading and unloading bars on the ground
