You can’t really compare the two. Older bodybuilders had more time to train and spend in the gym. Teens today are pressed for time in the gym between their selfies, texts, IG posts, Snaps, and watching TikToks. Now factor in the waiting time to get on a bench because other teens are holding up the line, and you’ll understand why todays physiques are slightly behind.
