Business is bad, Coach?

Perhaps the brand suffered due to sponsorships with athletes who did not align with its values.

Teddie peanut butter looks great. Also available on Amazon, is CB's Nuts organic peanut butter. It is my favorite peanut butter. Like Teddie peanut butter CB's Nuts is just peanuts and a pinch of salt.

...So what's the reasoning that seed oils are bad? Scientific backing? Seems to be a trend that it's unhealthy or whatever

Im not giving up peanuts anyways  :P

High omega-6 content, I assume

They are precursors of pro-inflammatory mediators, whereas Omega-3 fatty acids act as polar opposites - they inhhibit inflammation.

Since both types bind to the same enzymes when they go through their respective metabolism (various elongases and desaturases), it leads de facto to a substrate competition problem.

You need both, but it's easy to see why an omega-6 to omega-3 ratio that is too high isn't great, health-wise, in the long term.

Most peanut butters have highly processed seed oils added along with sugars.

Canola oil, palm oil, rapeseed, etc.

They add these oils to prevent separation but they are garbage and bad for you.

Check the label.

I'd pay $20 to watch one of his dogs lick peanut butter off his GF/wife's panocha.
