The rapid resting heart-rate, the "100+ list" of ailments, the vapes, the desire to compete and have zero-fat at his age (50's coming.. Maybe),
The "Bailey Sanchez" risky behaviors, the 'wanting to fight everyone' (but not actually), the fighting online w/ people he doesn't know 24x7 (and stressing over it) (he said it bothered him that complete strangers doubted his service in the armed forces) and so on.

Seek help Brian (maybe a good shrink and some more compounds like Thorazine) de-stress your life, you just might make it!

Serious question: did he ever look good… once upon a time… maybe way back when? How old was he? I never paid any attention to him but the few times I saw him online or in a video he seemed “cartoonish” and I mean that in a bad way. He seemed out of touch with the reality of how he looked… posing, flexing, and competing as if he had a physique anyone wanted to see. Could no friend or family give him a reality check? I guess denial is a real thing.

I hope he is at peace. I cannot imagine what his family or loved ones thought about how far gone he was. He was something beyond bigorexia or body dysmorphic disorder. Bay no likey.

I recall reading that he was pretty strong and competed in lifting events in his younger years.

Lenny was under a lot of stress. His mom died a short while ago, and he was being forced to move from his old pad.
