I have a pec issue I am addressing. I also have a shoulder issue I need to address probably needs a scope has a loose body in the joint bone spurs typical arthritis slap repair detached tendon etc. The knees could use some work as well maybe stem cells? I did fix a hernia already. I have no risky behaviors completely monogamous with the wife. As far as the abs no perm issues when not bulking and not inflamed midsection is great. Unfortunately, I had an inflammation issue last contest. But I do not have some kind of perm growth. I have also not lost elasticity. There is no loose skin. My digestion is great right now which is probably why I am not super lean I am 226lbs this moment and I have not been pushing food or fluids. I also have been doing somewhat regular cardio. I may not be Lance Armstrong but I ride a couple times a week. Honestly I think I am in pretty good shape but I am 46 years old it takes work to maintain.

It's true - back in the day he was actually arrested (I dont think ever charged but will stand corrected) for just that. Remember it from the old fitmisc forums. They had 2 main threads on there - one anti Jason Blaha the other Jason Genova (and assosciated fruit loops)
