Let's be real. You only bought this cos you finally found a bodybuilder with smaller arms than you.

Greetings Professor,

Have noticed that your bf% has crept up in the past couple of weeks (6.07% - 6.09%), just a heads up you might want to keep an eye on that before things start to spiral

Its funny until you think about when you started bodybuilding and bought the magazines....only to one day find it more embarrassing to read those in public than a porn mag.

I believe even back in the late 1800's there was muscle mags that were clearly covertly for homosexuel men

I have about 50 vintage Ironman mags in my basement that I haven't looked at in years. Mainly 70's and and 80's.  A few in the 60's.  It was a great magazine in that it was an open forum in that they accepted authors from all over the place.  The best articles were first hand accounts of people that trained with the champs or trained in the same gyms as them.  You got the truth.  One thing that stood out was how while there was sick strong bodybuilders most trained with medium weights training with little rest between sets.

It was a great mag. The classified ad section alone was gold.

It was probably my favorite but I read every muscle mag I could get my hands on. When we were young almost no one was interested in bodybuilding or training. Now most adults train at some point in a gym. We were way ahead of the times.

Had all of Hoffman's York training courses. They are actually the 1st training programs I used.
