This was done by Jacob Reed and I think it was probably released with some hope of gaining support for Kamala but at the same time if it fails it can be claimed that "it was just a joke/comedy/trolling".

Aside from the obvious that have been mentioned already (the guy eating carburetors etc), it says at the end "not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee".
