Playing Soccer aka RUNNING

I don’t give a fuck about plastic trophies. What I care about is being able to run and play soccer with my kid. That is what I trained legs for when I said I played soccer with my kid I meant it. This is what I trained to do this is why I put my knees through it this is why I train legs. Mission accomplished

No warmup no stretch just decided to give it a try. I have not run this far in over 2 decades.  The backyard is so inviting I may add sprints to my program. Almost surprised it felt good. I want to get a sled. I hope it won’t tear up the grass.

Tell me again how I can’t run

Honestly, I kind of impressed myself I feel like I could legit add some sprint work to my program. Can't wait to race the boy now that I know I can run. Amazing really

Just ran 5 laps racing with the boy was a lot of fun that is what the big flat backyard is for training
