Mike would be 245 tops, I watched Titus back in the day at golds weigh 219 day before the USA walked ten yards told someone 229 by the time he hit the back room he was 239. Being hard dry and heavy isn't easy, mikes in great shape but that shape is 240-245. his look is retro I don't see any slin there just low dose test and HGH long term, nothing heavy look has been too consistent over 30 plus years .
