Stallone tries and takes risks, the other two won't.

In Stallone c case not only did he act he wrote and directed some of his movies, but also wrote and created  to great movies, Rambo, and Rocky

Clint is most established here as an actor.
Altough he has been type casted to a very narrow kind of roles for 50years, and he does these very well.

Stallone as his acting peak is better than Clint. Copland, 1st Rocky, First Blood and after that he has too been mostly in the movies that suit him.

Arnold hasn’t really even tried to act but still is the biggest star here.

Jean Cloude… yeah. Liked Universal Soldier as a kid.
