Saying several dudes say they heard him say it is hearsay. Hearsay isn’t proof, it’s what the left does when they don’t have proof. John Kelly has always had an axe to grind ever since Trump fired him as Chief of Staff. Before that (according to Kelly) there was professional relationship. Kelly would suggest something, Trump sometimes took his advice and sometimes he wouldn’t. That’s doesn’t sound much like a dictator to me.
