If you learn your own body and find a methodolgy that works for you, you will also be able to adjust and make changes yourself.

Dorian had a notebook for every workout. Tracking progress. Also weighed out his foods, counted macros. And adjusted accordingly. I'm sure he had the same approach to his own PED regimen. More ripped than anyone on stage.

It's just a code for working relationship. Matt may be paying Nick in a way. Nick's minor fame funnels trainees to Matt's "coaching business," which means he doesn't really actually help anyone himself, he has minimally paid underlings doing the the programs. Drugs may be part of the deal but Nick has guys begging to give him free pharma gear or otherwise. But Matt had some interests in some "HRT" place and that can be a perfect set up to "manufacture"  drugs in an "FDA approved" compounding pharmacy lol.

Regarding Nick, did he in fact fire Matt? I doubt it. That Negro's ponderings are meaningless. A guy feels burned out and Matt's to blame? Listen, of course he feels burned out, a single fucking prep can burn a guy out and Nick's been competing numerous times. Oh so it's because Matt doesn't know what he's doing? No matter what he advices Nick, Nick would be doing roughly the same with anyone else, there necessarily can't be much difference. You take as much gear as you can handle, that's what everyone does, and today many simply go by bloodwork and hope for the best. How could it be otherwise? There's no "healthier approach." Yes there are stupid things done but everyone in the top is pushing it.

Last time, Nick wanted Matt to work with him exclusively, giving more personal time to chat, being a psychologist, but obviously it doesn't make financial sense so he told Nick to take a hike.
