I thought his knowledge of pro bodybuilding was on point. Listen to the 10:00 to 15:00 minute mark of this video. He talks about the 90's and Phil Heath also brings up Sarah V. and Shaun Clarida.
Also, he's made some comments about forums that leads me to believe he's posted on Getbig.
Listening to his tips also helped me to bring up my back, but I haven't listened to him in a while. He takes training WAY to seriously.
I started thinking and came up with a ton of stuff I saw differently

or would have explained differently. Like his views that he likes "lots of muscle," which I think is more like his explanation for finding a physique "good" and aesthetic. Big Ramy could be said to be packed with muscle but his structure is just slightly too "big" as in skeletal structure, a lighter appearing frame with lots of muscle but not necessarily actually having more muscle than the other guy. It's like Markus Ruhl, he wasn't as "beautiful" as other guys. He had his fans but few would actually want to look like him. ..But doesn't mean he's wrong or I'm right, just a different perspective, it's subjective to a certain extent. But yeah, I just don't follow a lot of his reasoning exactly.

Others obviously do because he has a big following.
One guy I mentally disagree with on almost everything he says is Nick Trigili and he has some kind of following too.
