I have a ingrained passionate hatred for bullies like Mike that target smaller weaker people. As a 12 year old kid we had a wood work teacher that was a real bully, he behaved just like this Mike character. Back then corporal punishment was allowed so he use to beat the shit out of us for fun, only boys went to wood work (girls went to home ed) we use to dread going to his class. When the cleaning lady came into the class he use to bully her in front of us too. He got away with it for ages because everyone was afraid of him. He eventually got fired for holding a box cutter against my friends throat and some of the kids told their parents...turns out later on he was shot dead by an old man in a road rage incident 

One day Mike will pick on the wrong nerd and get a bullet in the head.

Must be a thing with woodwork teachers. Ours was a right knob. Ex marine.., used to show off his knuckle push ups for some reason. Not sure how that was relevant to Design and Technology class. Absolute bully, he was. Used to pick on the weaker kids. Ended up getting sacked for using school design budget on materials for a shop he was doing on the side selling furniture with some assistant bloke that worked with him. Hated us I think because his own son didn't pass the 11+ test to get into our school
