Nippard's one of these boring science guys. Like knowing some BS studies is going to do anything for your gains.

Van Wyck just rambles on about form on different machines but there doesn't seem to be a point lol.

The average viewer would be better off doing push ups with those 10 minutes they'd waste watching their videos.

Fitness videos should be motivating and entertaining like Pumping Iron or Rich Piano. This stuff is pointless when the game is just about genetics and consistency.
